What is it?

Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF)

RDF can produce electricity or sustainable infrastructure

ECO-FRIENDLY END PRODUCT: REFUSE-DERIVED FUEL

In comparison to pre-treated and unsorted waste, RDF is entirely unrecognizable, odourless, and sterile. It is much lighter and smaller as the treatment process can reduce the volume by 80% and the weight by 50%.

RDF is an energy source produced from commercial and domestic waste, such as plastics, biohazardous waste, and biodegradable materials. It can be used as an alternative fuel source to fossil fuels or as bedding or filler for non-structural concrete.

The Converter®H comes in eight different size models. Treatment chamber volume from 25 to 5000 litres and can process 4 to 600 kg of waste per hour, is risk-free and easy to use. It does not need a special licence for operation as it is designed to treat waste without the use of hazardous chemicals, microwaves, or combustion. It is also emission-free, with no risk of releasing toxic pollutants or contaminants into the atmosphere.

Mixed Waste becomes RDF

On Site Conversion of Waste to RDF

Thousands of pounds of mixed waste accumulate around the island, posing environmental challenges. On-site waste conversion significantly reduces emissions by minimizing transportation requirement, conserving storage space, and mitigating noxious odors.

Mixed waste converted to Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) significantly reduces pests and vermin by eliminating rotting.

RDF can be sent to process into electricity or mixed with concrete for non-structural projects such as roads, sidewalks and parking lots

The electricity generated from RDF conversion can either be supplied to the grid as low-cost power for everyday use or to power standalone, high-electric-demand projects such as Bitcoin mining, to promote national economic stability.

Embracing waste-to-power initiatives facilitates sustainable resource utilization and contributes to environmental and economic advancement.
